i had another checkup yest. pfts up from last time-not to where i was hoping but still ok.
dec 23-they were 68

yesterday-62
so better, but not as good as i had hoped. i am working my ass off w chest pt and diet. i havent' been up on my exercise lately-i need to go back to that.
my goal is to get back to pre preg fev1 of 73. even if i got to 70 and held it i'd be happy. if i could do 68 at the tail end of an exacerbation in cold weather, i can do 70.
the ? doc asked me is, we need to look at what happened between the end of dec and early feb? whatever that is, thats why i'm lower. i have no infection. no new cultures, high energy and generally feel awesome-better than i have in ages.
me and docs thoughts were-at end of dec, my baby started teething and went from a blissful full night sleeper to up every hour and she's still in that phase.
so i am more tired and sleep deprived. i was used to 8 or 9 hours of sleep per night and now i average 6-7 and that constantly interupted sleep. i am starting to feel it emotionally too.-more mood swings and snappiness.
do yall think sleep deprivation could really do this to my pfts? we are just stumped, we don't know what it could be. nothing else has changed.
