My health has a direct corelationship to sleep... I need when I am healthy and feeling my best.. ( which I don't remember what that feeling is) but on average 10 hours a sleep a night..
When I am sick, fighting something or not myself totally.. I need 12 plus hours a night and a nap everyday.. I can sleep for a few hours a day with a nap.
I can tell you my mood is affected majorly.. I become drama queen when I don't have enough sleep..everything is blown way out of proportion in my mind, things seem so worse, I feel worse... and my emotional guard come down and I let my mind go crazy with crazy throughts..
I am most protective of my sleep, above anything else.. even my treatments because I know that for me that has the biggest impact on me......
