I HATE drinking water so here are a couple of my tips to make it a regular part of my day. If any of you have any to add, please do.
I finally found those little packets of powder you can add....propel or crystal light. Makes it much better tasting with no extra calories or carbs. The crystal light even has some added stuff for electrolytes.
Moms who have kids that always drink from your drink....I have the answer. My daughter always helps herself to my ice cold drink that I have just made or the one I take to bed with me. I don't really mind unless she is sick or if I am trying to get extra fluid in me and monitor how much I am drinking. So I found a water bottle that has a kind of hinge on it with cap that shuts the top. It also has a numbered dial on it so you can dial up how many times you emptied it. My daughter thinks that the dial is a "combination" and that unless you know the combination you can't unlock it to get the lid off. Problem solved I know, kind of sneaky; but, you do what works
