So I know we are suppose to eat, eat and eat to keep weight on but I was curious if any of you try to eat good foods? My nutritionist is telling me to just eat whatever which included to have meat in the am with breakfast which means bacon. I guess what I am trying to say do you all try to watch what you eat in terms of if the food is healthy or not. I do try to eat well, grains etc. but to eat bacon seems like that is bad. ALthough, eating bacon and eggs in the am for breakfast feels alot more filling than a bowl of cereal. I guess I am just curious if anyone watches how healthy they ear or not or do you just eat whatever.
