Hey Lindsay-
I eat about every 3 hours, as well. I find that my blood sugar is higher in the morning after I eat. Maybe it has something to do with what i have eatten the night before?!
just typing out loud!
I have hypo-reactive glycemia and it sounds like that is what you may have too. But the test's don't lie. I dont' know your eating habits, but i know when i get ALOT of carbs (i love potatos) my blood sugar will drop extremely low after about 2-3 hours...
One of my good friends has diabetes and the signs of it are:
- frequent urination
- extreme highs and lows in blood sugars
- tireness
- head aches
- blurred vision
All of these occur when you're "high" and "low"
Hope this helps!
