The boys came home on ceftaz and tobra IVs. The nurse rep who came to the hospital told us we would be using the eclipse balls for both meds. We were excited since we had heard from several forum members that they are great and easy.
When we got home our home care company called to say the pharmacist won't use the eclipse for tobra since it is unstable. That doesn't sound right to me, what's the difference if it comes in a syringe or a ball?
I'm going to call today to ask, but I wondered how many of you have used the eclipse with tobra? As usual, this site is my best reference!
