Hi, Are the enzymes microsperes or powder inside the capsule? When my now 12 yr. old was an infant she took Cotyzme which is a powder in a capsule. I was instructed to open the capsule into about a tsp. or Tbls. of formula and feed that to her immediatly, then give her formula. At about a year I was switched to Pancrease which has the microspheres. Then I opened those up and sprinkled that onto what ever she was eating, cereal or fruit. She took that pretty good. When my older daughter was first diagnosed at 3 (The baby was just born the following week), she had "sprinkles" (the microspheres) on her ice cream before every single meal. She had to eat the sprinkles first, and many times I added regular sprinkles because they had color. I don't recall ever having a rebellion problem with my youngest but maybe that is because her big sister had them too. Try making a game of it, or special treat because she gets desert first. Good luck!Liza
