Exercise making me sick?

Wow, the same thing just happened to me too. I think it was allergies or that I've had a bug. My throat is quite sore. I only jogged for a few minutes like you did.

Hi : Ya know I woudn't be surprised if Allergies aren't contributing to the sore throat feeling and what a exercise. I couldn't jog if someone paid me. I stick to the stationary bike and other cardiovascular , low impact. God love ya .

Plague Rats thats just how I feel too. Although summer opens up a bit more socially for me. After a long winter of hybernation.

Are any of you participating in a Pulmonary Rehab program with your doctors overlooking, or referral?

Well, I just got back from another run/walk session (ralking?). Felt pretty damn good...

I'm not doing any rehab overseen by a doctor. Not sure what that entails, but my pfts are still pretty good (FEV 107%, FEV1 86%), so I may not be at the point of needing something like that yet.
