Even if you don't have any equipment, you can get very creative with exercising.
Sometimes when I am bored with my routines, I do TV exercising.
I pick a half hour show. While the show is on, I march in place, fast enough to get my heart rate up. When commercials are on I kick it into high gear. First commercial run in place, Second commercial do jumping jacks, third do some kickboxing, etc. You'll be glad to walk in place again when the commercials end. Also, the possibilities are endless.
