Hey I feel your frustration and anger towards this doctor with the negetive attitude. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">

I use to have the same problem with 2 different doctors several years ago when I first started attending the Adult C.F clinics.
They thought I looked so well just because I had an average weight on me, round face and wasn't skinny like some cfers. But when I really needed the i.v treatment the doctors would say:
"why treat? it's just going to get worse over time anyway" And that would make me so anxious, stressed out because what they failed to see or they either just couldn't be bothered, that I had picked up pseudomonas since I was 4years of age.
So I can understand to a degree want it's like.

But thankfully three years back another doctor came on board the C.F team, who was a proper C.F specialist (as the other docs were Respiratory specialists)and He did a fine job getting my some of my health back.

Anyway I think you should SO CHANGE doctors, because it's not worth LOSSING your health over it.

When or if you decide to change hospitals, it might be a good idea to write letters, documenting everything that your (current) doctor is doing, with regard to your C.F treatment, so that other medical staff are aware of your inaproperiate medical care, in your file.
It will also help another C.F specialist (if you make the move to change hospitals) realize that you haven't been receiving proper care, (i.v, medication treatments) from your other doctor.
At least the way he will know and hopefully give you the care needed to treat your C.F.

Just a suggestion though.
