A couple years ago we were at Macaroni Grill and DS wanted noodles with no sauce and instead of french fries, asked for raw brocolli. Had to stress raw, not steamed, which was what was offered. And our waiter kept telling him what a good boy he was for eating so healthy. 'Course he missed seeing him dipping his veggies in a plate covered in salt <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Liza,

Our kids could snack together. Froggy loves brocolli with lemon. She won't let me put butter or cheese on it, only lemon - so no calories there. She prefers water over juice, and would be thrilled with a meal of salt, brocolli, some dried fruit and maybe a cracker. Ahhh, most parents would be thrilled, not us. Froggymama

My son is almost in the same boat as you for percentiles and pressure from the doctors. The only difference is he is pancreatic insufficeint and been on enzymes since being diagnosed at two and half weeks.
Thanks for the thread. I am going to start loading on the coconut oil! I do the butter and some of the other things.

My 3 yr old doesnt eat either.....sometimes a push-up....here and there....we use scandical in his juice and whatever he will eat....he asks for lots of stuff but doesn't eat it. He does love bologna, weenies, pepperoni slices.....but cant add scandical to that.....sometimes he'll let me make them in a sandwich...but not always....it's very frustrating.... I just offer him snacks and food ALL the time.....and a few days I give up....and then try again.....so good luck....my other boys and hubby can get him to eat sometimes...not often though. He finally broke 27 lbs.....and hasn't gained any since. He weighs the same as he did in April.

Let us know if you find any tricks....I need 'em too!!.lol.
