How about something simple like Disabled Patients with Cystic Fibrosis, DPWCF.

Or Cystic Fibrosis Disability Resource, CFDR.

I think the name should have CF and "disability" in it.

Julie, are you thinking of limiting your organization to help people only with CF? You may be able to expand to help many more others... just to keep in mind for the future (and with naming your org. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
