Finally an answer!!!

I finally got answers to the probs I have been having lately. I had a grand mal seizure on Aug 10th and have had some wierd episodes since then.
I was finally able to see a neurologist and she diagnosed me as epileptic.
The diagnoses is kind of bad but I am so relieved to have answers to my problems. I am on a new med to try to help the seizures.
Hopefully it will work soon!!!!

Oh Khristina, I'm so glad you have an official diagnosis. It is so beyond frustrating to know there is something going on and not know how to treat it properly because nobody knows what it is!! You have a great attitude about it too...you are totally right; now that you know what it is, you can treat it and manage it.

Do you know, is this something you've always had and it only recently manifested itself? Or is it something that developed as a result of other meds (like CF meds)? I don't know very much about epilepsy but I guess we will all learn together, eh?!

You have a great attitude about it too...you are totally right; now that you know what it is, you can treat it and manage it.
