My son had seizures and is on Topomax and I know at one point the Neurologist told me that he could take it four times a day instead of twice a day (same total amount per day, just broken up differently). This really helped with the sleepiness he was having. But I would really ask your Neurologist before you make a change like that. With seizure meds it's important to have an even level of the drug in your system at all times so there might be a reason why they told you twice a day. There is a website for epilepsy that I use - myepilepsy.com and they have a forum. You might want to go on there and see if anyone else is on Keppra and if they have suggestions. I also like their "All About Epilepsy and Seizures" section where it explains everything you need to know about it.
