Oh oh oh! I grew up with Dr. Accurso at Childrens. He is the best, and the hospital is nice. Little known secret: the hospital at childrens will actually let CFers leave for dinners if they get an unofficial pass from the doc. Dr. Accurso used to do it for me, but they won't put it on your chart bc insurance gets angry. Unfortunately there's not a whole lot in the area. I would always go to Pete's Kitchen over on Colfax.

Say hi to the respiratory team from Piper. I love that whole crew (although I agree...the med students are kind of annoying!).

No, I wasn't a camper. I lived in the Springs until I was 15 and then moved to Denver. Accurso and Wagner would come down to Memorial hospital though, so I was with them the whole time. The Denver clinic diagnosed me at 6 weeks so we go way back <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">

I forgot that the hospital moved. I haven't seen the new place yet, but I hear it's lovely. I was always admitted in the old building off 19th st. Now I live in NYC and go to Columbia Pres, which has a fantastic team but the hospital is kind of falling apart. I miss childrens! And I miss the colorado mountains, but that's a whole other story...

Salty, we may have met. I used to do a ton of work with the Colorado and National CFF, and my parents are still on the board and really active. I'm sure our paths have crossed somewhere along the line. Love the shirts by the way!
