I'm trying super hard to get fit at the moment, have taken up running, and am swimming twice a week. I'm in the early stages but I'm worried I'm going to lose a lot of weight. I want to take something along the lines of scandishake but I've read that that is mostly sugar really.
Has anyone any suggestions for what I could do? I'm a full time student so I don't really have time to be eating meals all through the day, but I'm worried I'm not getting in enough cals. here is my diet at the moment:
Breakfast: Two slices toast with butter/jam, a fried egg, bowl of cereal, tea and an orange.
Lunch: a small sandwich or a 6inch subway (!)
Dinner: usually a stir fry or fish and fries
Evening snack: fruit.
