I love this website. I have many of this authors books and practice most of these points when I feel it is necessary. For example, the k-27 points, If I have a dry cough due to nasal congestion, I rub these points for thirty seconds and I stop coughing. It is especially annoying when you are talking on the phone and you start coughing and cannot stop that annoying tickle. For me, I rub or tap k-27 (see on website) and I stop coughing. I wish I knew all of these points when I had CF lungs. Oh well glad I know them now.

Great timing the kids are just getting over a cold. I think I might add this to the site...it looks so informative.

OT, I just recently tried the "Taking down the Flame" exercises with my daughter after she was very angry and frustrated with friends. It work great! She loved it.

Talk to you soon. Miss chatting with you.

I know I love those Donna Eden exercises. If I get the slightest bit annoyed, I use that exercise and I feel a difference. What I do is muscle test to how I feel about the situation and if I become weak in the arm, then I do taking down the flame and I test strong once again. I love muscle testing. Sometimes I take it a bit too far lol I can tell what exercise would work best. If I am very stressed, I use EFT. I also do all the points three thumps and I can tell what meridian is out. For example, If my triple warmer is weak, I strengthen triple warmer and spleen. If I do not strengthen spleen it would be weak because when triple warmer becomes stronger, spleen weakens. It is all a balancing act. I first test with alarm points, then trace meridians and then hold sedating and strengthening points. It is easy once you learn it all.

Take care and please email me anytime.

I have been updating my website and we have a new sponsor and I am busy!!
