So basically im wondering what you unsporty people do to keep fit?
Iv decided that i need to get a grip and get my lung function up because i really am so unfit but I know I'm capable of being better
I have a treadmill which use on and off but I need to train myself to be consistent with it and it is hard with school work etc but I know I need to make the time!
Do you guys have any tips any help would be great!
