I'm 154cm so a tiny poppet <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> And I was weighing 42kilo's prior to tx. My team said that was fine. It was a very stable weight for me, so that was good.

I don't know how it converts, I always have to ask and forget it again. But maybe you can find out.

My team tells me it's more about BMI... they would LIKE me to be at 18 or 19, but I think I'm just barely at 17. But in pounds, I'm 106lbs and I'm 5'5" They tell me it's essential to have an extra bit of weight to act as a buffer for recovery. I know right now I can loose 2-4lbs in one day if I don't eat and that it would be about 2 days before I would be able to eat after surgery.

How do you do your feeds? I do 3 cans during the night and I try to do 1 can during the day. If I'm not eating well at all, I'll try to fit 2 cans in the afternoon. Never heard of mixing stuff into the feeds to make them more calorie rich, great idea though. I'll have to ask my clinic when I see them next!

I never heard of a weight requirement for a xplant. Im a male, and was extremely thin when I got mine. Im still thin which bums me out. Hope all goes well, I know youve probably heard about the shakes and all that nonsense, they really dont do much for me, but maybe its worth a try for you. Good luck.
