have your doc check your testosterone levels. i gained nearly 50 pounds after taking 200mg of testosterone for several months. of course it's not without its side effects. you will have to get regular liver tests and you will get some acne.

Welcome to the forums! This is just the right place to get some "feed"back (pun intended) about your weight question.

I agree with Wheezie, perhaps it's time to change enzymes. Another thing to try would be to take an antacid like Tagamet with your enzymes, which helps keep them from being burned up in stomach acid. I switched to pancrecarb about 18 months ago and have LOVED the difference. I gained a solid 15 pounds.

I hope you find a solution that works well for you. Scandi is AWFUL! I don't know why dietitians still insist on that. Blech. I do like the resource fruit drinks though. They make good smoothies.

Again, welcome!

I second the welcome. I gain weight through drinking a TON of Boost plus shakes every day, but if you've already tried the supplements I would def. ask your doc about the enzymes. Sometimes a change like that can make all the difference.

And can I just say - congrats on being 12 years post tx! That's super wonderful to hear! Good luck with finding a solution to your current problem and glad to have you on the forum.
