Hmmm...do we have the same doctor?<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">
One time I was on IVs and didn't feel much (if any) better afterwards, so I called the nurse & found out I had MRSA.

It would have been nice to have a) known I had it & b) had it treated while I was on IVs. Luckily, some orals worked to knock it down.

That's the first thing I thought of...is that you are culturing something new that they haven't caught or aren't treating what you do have correctly.

LOL... Where are you at? I'm in the southwest. LOL.

They did a culture last week that showed yet again p.a. and nothing more (thank God), but I do think it would have been wise to culture when I first got sick too and not base it on a clinic culture that was "routine" 2 months prior. Even I know that a culture should be done to show what is growing when you're sick... Why don't the docs know this??

I under stanndd how it isto go in the hospital i go in every year bc last year i had MRSA and my l ung collapsed soo good luckk.. and hope u feel better
