I agree with Mel! Things such as germ control and proper cleaning of nebs, etc. aren't "equal" across the board and the CFF puts out lots of cutting edge information with regard to trials and proper ways for CFers to do things that have been studied.
But, I also have gone to a terrible CF clinic and a great pulmonologist and would choose that particular pulomnologist over that CF clinic anyday... The pulmonologist had great bedside manner and actually seemed to care about me and follow and treat my symptoms, unlike the CF clinic who seemed way too into politics and treating every single CF patient the exact same. Not good. They ran the CF clinic as a corporation, whereas the pulmonologist did everything short of giving me his home phone number. So, it can go either way and you have to go with what you feel comfortable with.
