ive never had this happen but i used to work in a nursing home. and i can say i dont think its c diff but the black stools and vomiting is deff a thing to worry about i wouldnt wait and see i would have been out the door the first time lol. hope you feel better keep us updated.

My joke is always that I never call the doctor unless I'm in terrible pain or bleeding profusely. I think you should call the doc! Even if you just call the "on call" dr over the weekend to get his advice, that would be good. Iirc the general rule of thumb is that tarry stools means blood further up in your digestive tract, and red blood means problems farther below. I hope it's not serious, no matter what it turns out to be. Keep us up to date! Good luck. /worry
