oooh yes, tiger balm is the best and for when I was at work adn didnt want to stink I woudl get those pathces that are mentholated and stick them to my neck to help relax me, they work wonders. Another trick a manager at work taught me (when he saw me suffering) was to keep an ice pack (soft kind you can get at drug store) in freezer and put around your neck. You can also alternate ice pack with heating pad every 5 minutes on the neck or forehead. I tried it all. If you have tried everying (and definately get vitamins mentioned) then dont be afraid to bring it up to your doctor if you cant cope, if you are not working it might be better to just cope but I couldnt cope with working too.

i was working, but i think i'm pretty much fired. lol i know that sounds bad, but let me explain. when i was hired i told them that i have cf and i could get sick and gave them the run down (i was only working part time). they were very understanding and once i got pregnant i had really bad morning sickness all day long. i couldn't keep anything down at all so they put me on zofran so that i could actually eat and put back on some of the weight that i had lost. so my work started working me only 2 days a week, which i loved because i really didn't like my job much. and even with working 2 days a week i was calling out like one day because i either had a headache, got dizzy, or felt like i was going to throw up. or i would even go into work and they would send me home because they told me i didn't look good. this week i've actually been able to eat without taking the zofran which is awesome! and now i'm just getting annoyed by the headaches so i just kinda chill in my bed room and sit up in bed cause i seem to do better sitting up. i actually have to go in for a tune up this week so i'm going to make sure they check all my viatmin levels (which i know they will do anyways) but also ask them for some advice as well. i just try to take it easy every day though and sleep lol. thanks for all the suggestions guys! i really appreciate it!!<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">
