Headed to the Hospital

We finished a three week round of Tobi and bactrim for all three kids. They were all good on the meds. As soon as the antibiotics stopped (still on tobi) the low grade fevers and congestion are back. The Dr. has decided to admit all three for "tune ups" and do the sinus surgery and broncs. He and the ENT are working out the logistics and plan to do the procedures within a few weeks. He wants them all in together and done on the same day.

I am still in denial that this is real

Best of luck with the kids! At least you'll have them all treated together and not have to do the treatments in series. I wish them all and you well! ~Juliet

Mercy, I'd be in denial, too! I know it will be hard having them all in at the same time and worrying about them, but I guess it's also a good thing to have them all "done" at the same time. I don't know how you do it!

I hope it all goes well and they recover quickly! We're here if you need us!

Sounds like the doc is being proactive. It's so hard to go into the hospital, but the long term dividends for their health will be enormous.

All the best.
