Headed to the Hospital

I am still walking around in a fog. All three did great in surgery. The ENT created new sinuses so fingers crossed they will now work. Their lungs all looked good no damage dispite the hx of infections. They were troopers. Having to watch all three be put to sleep in one day was quite trying but we did it.

We only needed IV's for 4 days and were sent home on oral abx. We thought we were in the clear and then all _ell broke loose Sat. night. My three year old had his tonsils out and on the 10th day as my husband and I predicted he hemmorraged. (vitamin k issue dispite all the tests) He blew the other two away (the other two hemmoraged also after tonsils). He lost so much blood we had to call the rescue. His o2 dropped and my husband and I who are desensitized to trauma at this point panicked. My two older boys saw the whole thing and have now reached a new level of anxiety. They took him back for surgery and pumped him up with vitamin k. We are back home now and hopefully here to stay.

The good news is considering all they have been through their lungs looked great. We couldn't ask for more! Thanks to everyone here for your support and encouragement!!
