Right now I'm on TN insurance plans, basically pieces of a (very poorly done) version of GHPP for TN. It sucks, but it's what I've got. So I'm trying to figure out how to get something prepared before I move to Cali because.... moving there with no insurance would NOT be cool

ask them if you're permitted to use the insurance outside TN. Do you use CFservices pharmacy or other mail order type? It should be an easier transition if so since you could just tell them. Doubtful pharmacies out here will take TN insurance. Also I hope you're in good shape b/c you might have to go several months w/out a doc visit until you qualify for GHPP.
Universal health would sure be convenient about now wouldn't it?
