I've definitely found that I have to switch meds every so often, b/c one will stop working. I think I've tried them all, and I don't see much difference between them.
I had the fundoplication surgery done 6 years ago. It's an awful surgery to go through, but it did help tremendously with my reflux. I will still have to be on some type of med for it the rest of my life though, as do most post-tx patients.

i have horrible reflux. right now i take prilosec but i just started taking it because the nexium i was on was no longer working.
