Emily's seems to inflate more across the back now that the shoulders can lay flat (no need for the shoulders to blow up) so she's getting really good vibration back there. Chest seems the same as before and we have more room to adjust than before (I like the straps for this one better and the shoulders have wider velcro panels so I was able to customize her fit better. However, she also sized up so the black one in the same size may have been similar in having more adjustment capability than the previous smaller size.) The hoses stay attached better than before, move with her- and she can actually sit in a chair with arms now.

Just ordered the blue one! I'm kind of excited that the back will inflate--right now the one I have doesn't which may be why I don't feel the old one was helping as well.

So I got the vest today, and I have used it, and I really like it. My old vest used to ride up on me, and this vest did ride up but it was minor (maybe an inch...) The other thing is that the hoses did not come loose AT ALL. With the old vest I used to have to reconnect the hoses at least once durring every treatment.
I was really shocked to get it today, the lady I spoke with said Monday at the earliest. So I figured Tuesday with the snow and stuff, but since the ship through Fed Ex and I got my order in Thursday before 5 -- I was able to get it by today!
I would absolutely recomend it. I felt a big difference production wise. It is free, and it can't hurt, it's not like you have to send the old one back.
