This is great topic. I always wondered if I should let my refrigerated meds warm up a bit. I know this is dangerous with Pulmozyme because once it hits a certain temp, it's inert and worthless.

When starting TOBI for the first time using the eFlow, it stated that the TOBI should be brought up to Room temp before use. I usually got a vial out of the fridge 30 to 60 min before doing it while letting the aerosal head air dry from the alcohol. Once the vial warmed up and the aerosal head was dry, I'd start my treatment.

oh wow, where to start. Firstly, we don't get premixed HS over here in NZ, i mix it myself and store it in the syringe and have been told to keep it in the fridge. Now i'm wondering if this is correct. When i warm it up in the nuke, i do so when it is already in the nebuliser cup.
I'm not on Tobi, so this part is irrelevant to me, although i am on Pulmozyme but don't bother warming it at all, as it isn't irritating anyway.
This morning i just took my HS out of the fridge when i first got out of bed and nebbed it half an hour later and Mel was right, the chill was off it and it wasn't irritating at all.
