Hey, I was talking to some members on here and some had not heard of these.
If your kids are on home IV's, tell you home health agency that you want your IV abx in these infusion balls. The pharmacy puts the drug into the balls so they can prepare with any IV med.
I've heard of some that had issues with their home health agency, if so either 1) push for it, it is SO worth it or 2) find someone that understands how much better it is for kids not be to connected to things.
Pic 1: An infusion of Timentin as it comes from the pharmacy.

Pic 3: We use a 'baby leg' (toddler leg warmer) to cover his PICC to keep it from being played with, also holds the infusion so he can play/sleep/eat ect while it is attached.
