When Kayla was just in, I did bring some of her meds b/c I wasn't sure if we would be able to get Claritin in disolvable tablets, nor her Prevacid Solutabs. All we had to do was give the meds to our nurse, who sent them down to the pharmacy. The pharamcy then 'approved' them and sent them back up to us.
And b/c Kayla was not on a CF/Pulmo floor (due to the Cepacia) the nurses were not as familiar with things. I was glad that I had my own enzymes, b/c the nurses tended to forget about them.
I sure do hope this hospital stay is short. Poor baby<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">
