How is this ranking done? My stepmom who is an MD told me once that hospitals somehow pay for their rankings....not sure exactly how that works, but something to think about.

<b>edit **I just actually looked at the article, so I don't know how they could have paid for rankings in this case - I will have to ask her about it again.**</b>
