How do you handle people's comments?

I understand what you are saying. But whether the things she said are true or not, I still feel it is rude for her to make such comments.

New mothers are over-cautious, does that give anyone the right to criticize them for it? IMO, no.

I understand what you are saying. But whether the things she said are true or not, I still feel it is rude for her to make such comments.

New mothers are over-cautious, does that give anyone the right to criticize them for it? IMO, no.

I hear you on the comments! If it is not comments then it is a shrug or a roll of the eyes from some!

I am still trying to let it roll off my back. I am trying to balance the analness (sp?) of it all. But at the end of the day we are looking out for what is best for our children.

We want them to have as long of a life as they can and if that means sanitizing your stepmonster's hands, then by all means do it!! And by the way she has no issue saying what she wants to you...should you worry about what you say to her?

As you can tell I have little patience for those sorts of comments. It's your daughter, you're the one that has to do her treatments every day and stay in the hospital with her if she gets sick.
