Would Mucinex and pre seed be products I could get online to purchase?
As I live in New Zealand and not sure they sell it here.

Also how do I go about getting a charting kit?

To chart all you need is a basal body thermometer. then you can use the free online carting software at www.fertilityfriend.com. The best book to read is called "Taking Charge of your Fertility" by Toni Weschler.
