How many pairs of underwear...

hey there, your post made me laugh, I have not read the replies but I did notice in your post you said you will go back to 'normal' and let me just say "oh contrare" my friend! Those muscles will never never be the same, even if you have a c-section. Anyway my advice is A-start doing kegels now, it helps in labor and for recovering the muscles post delivery and B-buy pantishields--lots of em!

Seriously I never had a problem pre-baby, now I wear a pad when I run, at least a liner. And if I have to have a really hard cough and know ahead of time I go right to the toilet and just save myself the liner LOL

I find it mostly a problem when I'm doing physio (not a great incentive!!) and consequently I too am doing my bit to keep the panty liner industry going...
Started pregnancy yoga last week and am hoping it will do wonders for my pelvic floor (yeah right!)

Yep, me too - a v rare prob before the pregnancy and a bigger one now. Leah I know what you mean about the fork in your eye versus Kegels but I'm trying to force myself - whenever I remember that is.
I find it mostly a problem when I'm doing physio (not a great incentive!!) and consequently I too am doing my bit to keep the panty liner industry going...
Started pregnancy yoga last week and am hoping it will do wonders for my pelvic floor (yeah right!)
