My dd uses this twice a day. Our copay is $30 for it, it's called Hyer-Sal and made by or for Pari. We can only get it from the pharmacy where we get her nebs and machine.

I use the Cystic Fibrosis Pharmacy and applied for the patient assistance program for it and they cover my co-pay. It was very easy to apply and I knew within 1 day that we were accepted! Try it it is worth a try.
