Irishgal - I live in California and I ordered it from the CF pharmacy. You don't have to live there. Compounded means that it is mixed under sterile conditions in their lab and comes in a premeasured syringe that I just squirt into the neb cup. It does have to be refrigerated or frozen to keep it sterile. They instructions that came with mine says it can be kept in the freezer for 45 days and in the fridge for 15 days. So I just take a few out of the freezer at a time. They overnight it to you so you will get it quick.
Their website is www.cfpharmacy.com Just an OT FYI, they have the cheapest Solgar Magnesium Glycinate around. Most CFers are deficient in Magnesium because of malabsorbtion and because our meds deplete mg from our bodies. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
