ugh i totally feel like i belong in a bubble sometimes...and here is why: i have soo many allergies im allergic to EVERYTHING literally, they did a allergy test on my back..and it was SWOLLEN like no other...then the fact that i cant be around smoke..do you know how many ppl smoke in the u.s?...billions..ok so its in the air i BREATHE it constantly..i have no immune worth CRAP..i catch every cold when someone coughs or sneezes..HELLO CAN I PLEASE GET A BREAK CF?... haha yeah that would be a BIG FRIKKIN NO...sorry i just thought i would vent about that..ugh its frusterating...

I understand what you are saying about immune system. I catch everything that is floating around. I made the decision last year to spend most of the winter at home. I was so sick and tired going to church, shopping or over to friends homes and then suffering all winter long with the germs they gave me. I do go out shopping once in a while with a germ mask on in the fall/winter and early spring. That is the only way I can survive cold and flu season. if people come over I insist that they be 100% healthy before coming over.
I have multiple allergies as well. I understand being frustrated. I have got to living a very natural life--- natural food, natural cleaners, cotton clothing, and so forth. My allergies are much less now.

haha.. you couldnt have said that better, i say the same thing all the time ..i belong in a damn bubble because literally, i get better for like a 3 days, and the second im around any of my friends or family that are sick, i catch absolutely anything and everything. my allergies are also SO horrible i cannot seem to stay well for 5 friggen minutes it seems like, and its the most frusterating thing. im 21 years old and its seriously come to the point where i cant even go out anymore because the second i do im back on antibiotics .. its sooo annoying! i know exactly how you feel it succkkkssss <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif" border="0">

I always say that I am 1 dust bunny away from living in a bubble! It's not so much that my immune system sucks, because I think it's not too shabby, but the fact that last year I had a DEXA scan and was told that I have osteopenia. I then thought drinking 2 big glasses of milk a day would suffice. Needless to say I was in real pain, there's nothing like being betrayed by your own body. I feel like I am decades older than I actually am. Because of my lack of taking calcium/vit D supplements, I have probably progressed to osteoporosis. I now take CitraCal, and have been doing so for a few weeks.
