No - women w/ CF have c/s for the same reasons women w/o have cf. There is no reason to have a c/s just because one has CF. Charlotte is really sick and had a prior c/s so that is why she's having one - I think Tina's baby is breech (correct me if I'm wrong). I actually think most of the women who post on here have had vaginal births - but there are a fair share of c/s.
