wow thats way way shady, my boss is not even allowed to know what my medical condiiton is or why I am out via HR just a date I am expected back when I miss work--of course I have a great boss so I tell him eveyrthing myself but still. I cant belive your company did this. I woudl meet iwth HR at a minimum but I dnot know the kind of situation you are in.
