It would be interesting, how old you are...
Sorry, but its quite a difference if someone thinks he´s overcoming cf in his twenties or if he definitively made it to his fifties...not even speaking of the lots of different cases of cf.

Exactly. It's not that uncommon for people in their 20's to have minimal lung damage, and I know someone diagnosed at 53 who's fev1 was in the 90s with no treatment. Just because you're disease is progressing slowly does not mean your treatment works. I don't doubt that some of this helps, but the guy advocating tai chi who dosn't take meds- most of us cannot do that, tai chi or not.

It's not the information, but the implication that people who don't do this are doing something "wrong" and that's why they have faster progression.

I am not saying anything isnt possible, but to reverse CF or cure CF is unlikely. As its been stated....age & progression all plays a part in how one responds to ANYTHING whether it be this or western meds.

I just hope that people realize NOTHING is a guarantee before they go stopping things & starting something new.
