I wish we still had Amy's info on here from Dr. Warwick.
He is the inventor of the vest and he had a scale of pressures and frequencies to experiment with. Basically, as your pressure increases, you decrease your frequency. I used to do three different pressure and the same frequency, just like everyone else, but as soon as I switched to the other way, my pfts increased.
If you want to look it up, google Dr. Warwick my thoughts on living with cystic fibrosis. He will tell you how to set your pressures and frequencies and will also tell you how to cough effectively.
