I am on alternating 4 week cycles of Tobi and Colistin. I don't notice a difference as to feeling better on one or the other and I tolerate both of them well. I like being on Colistin better because it doesn't take as long as Tobi...but that is because I don't use the eflow.

Colistin is FDA approved for IV use.
Not inhalation use. But it's used off label.
