Inhaled Collistin vs TOBI

I am on alternating 4 week cycles of Tobi and Colistin. I don't notice a difference as to feeling better on one or the other and I tolerate both of them well. I like being on Colistin better because it doesn't take as long as Tobi...but that is because I don't use the eflow.

I use both-alternating every 4 wks. The Tobi is very effective against my PA, and the colistin has been able to keep my MRSA in check. I will say that the TOBI is more irritating to my lungs and the treatment time is about twice as long. FWIW
