You also have to remember that just because something isn't FDA approved for this or that doesn't mean it hasn't been used successfully in Europe. I wouldn't pit TOBI vs. Colistin, I think it's smart to rotate them both to avoid/prolong resistance. The thing you have to watch out with Colistin is that certain brands of it can have really bad foaming, which will end up all over your skin instead of in your lungs.
