well...COPD chronic obstructive lung disease, taken literally chronic is defined by 4 reoccurences/exacerbations a year and since CF if 1 of 5 (CF, Asthma, Bronchitis, Broncheactasis and Emphysema) obstructive lung diseases I am sure you are covered. If your doc won't change it so you can get your meds then you need a new doc. Doctors know how the insurance game work..I betcha they would change it for thier records if they needed to get paid!
