It is common. As CFers I think we really give them a work out. If you cant get anywhere with a regular rep then speak to a Supervisor. You dont have time in your day or need a delay in your health to be arguing with them over this.

If they had any common sense they should realize machines wear out. I dont care how good they are!

Stand your ground. Hell.....I am in the right mood let me call <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0"></end quote></div>

LOL Mel!

happyone, you should let her call!! (She'll probably get everyone's compressor replaced!!)

Honestly...if they'd only make better compressors based on how much some of us use them!

Or even give us a "backpressure gauge" to be able to tell when its going bad...just blowing air isn't good enough!

Theoretically, when having to atomize medicine, the compressor has to see a high backpressure (with some heat added to it) depending on what meds needs what size. (Thats why they call it a "compressor")

Perhaps if they incorporated the design of "industrial strength" compressors with the idea of "medical" compressors, they'd probably last more than a year.

Good luck in getting them to service/warrant your compressor!
