Yeah for me too, it's getting out of bed. About 15 minutes later, I'm awake enough not to care. But the actual getting up, turning on the light, turning on the TV.. the whole time I'm thinking "I hate this, I hate the morning, I hate my life, F school, F getting up, I wish I could skip every day" etc etc. And I do not exaggerate. I think at least half of those every single morning I wake up to an alarm. Hate it.

OOOOOO Me too, me too. I just cringe every morning that alarm goes off...the only thing I really NEED to get up for is pee..lol. And once I am out of bed, I dont like going back, so I pee and I am usually up for the day. Other than that...I dont really hate treatments b/c I know that once I do them I will be able to make it through the day pretty easily...I hate making my lunch.

About the only thing I hate in the mornings is my alarm going off. But once I am up I am fine. I actually LIKE doing all my treatments in the mornings because (usually - today is an exception) I get up at 5:30 so when I do my nebs, vest and pulmo NO ONE calls me, bothers me etc. I can do it all with no hassles. For me that is the best part.

My morning treatments are guarenteed treatments for me. The evening ones are always nebs but sometimes my vest gets skipped <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">

I dont use an alarm clock and dont usually have a problem getting up in time. BUT if I do get up late....I hate the rushing. Rushing is difficult under the best of circumstances for me.

I prefer to get up a bit early. Do my nebs then take Jazz to school. I then come home & do my vest. On those late mornings I struggle taking Jazz to school without my nebs. Not fun, but unless I am super sick by the time I get home I have coughed a lot of junk up anyway.

Like most people have said.....it takes a bit to actually "wake up", but once I am to that state I seem to be ok. During this state is when I am usually doing my nebs.
