We finally got to watch it. I let Jaelyn watch it with us but didn't explain it had anything to do with CF. I wanted to see if she could figure it out. As soon as Tarynn's character explained to her friend that she had CF, Jaelyn's eyes lit up wide as ever... She said, "Ohmygosh Mom, she has what I have. I am like her!!!" I think it is very important for children w/CF to feel that connection. It was a cute movie aside from CF, I do agree it was not acurate in any way regarding daily therapies. I fell asleep at the end and have no clue what happened... maybe someone can pm me the ending! LOL

I watched it last week. Was an okay movie -- the tattoo on alternate arms bugged me. Wouldn't have noticed it if someone hadn't mentioned it. What struck me was all the healthy food -- veggies in the fridge. They talked about how much she ate and didn't gain weight, but she was always eating salad.

Figure it brought SOME attention to CF. My only exposure to CF prior to DS's birth was that dreadful ER episode years ago.
