I was very non compliant unitl about a year ago when I suddenly got sick. Sice then I have added a TON of meds & extra supplements/vitamins. I think I take a total of 48 pills a day or something (including enzymes). Basically, I started making a chart, starting with the first thing I take in the a.m (acidophilus) to the last thing I take at night (zyrtec). I had to look at the chart constabtky every day & mark off each med as it was taken, in order to remember everything. Then after about 8 months or so, I had the chart memorized & I do not have to look at it during the day anymore. I still keep the journal though, & mark down if I missed anything as well as record my workouts, weight lifting, etc. It is fun to keep track of everything and at first it was the ONLY way I remembered to take every single med.
